What is the Lira to the pound in the resort

I was talking to my mate yesterday who lives in Turkey but not in Icmeler and he said it was 3.64 to the £1,in St.Helens yesterday it was 3.55 to the £1.

I tend to find what ever the interbank rate is I knock off 0.06 and that's what I normally get in resort, eg if the Interbank is 3.66 I would expect 3.60 from the supermarkets.
