weather end of june

hi all we are going last week of june 1st week of july first time to turkey staying at the alvaro
we usually go to corfu what is the weather and temp like at that time

It has been known to hit 40* & above, weather is normally hot, hot, hot....

It will be hot Average daytime temp about 34C but often around 38-40. Absolutely no chance of rain. Take plenty of high factor sunscreen. Nightime temps will be 16-20 so you'll probably need aircon. When we last stayed at the Alvaro the apts had windows on both sides and insect screens so we were able to leave the windows open when we were in and get a decent breeze going through.

In a word, roasting! We usually go end of May/beginning of June and last year, the temperatures were up into the 40s even then! Be prepared - high factor sunscreen and drink plenty of water!

We always go around 6/7th June and the weather is fantastic if you like it 'hot' It is usually hitting the 35/40's so please heed the advice and drink plenty of bottled water as dehydration is horrible - I speak from past bad experience but enjoy,

We're going the 20/6 for our 2 weeks and looking forward to the heat too! ... No chance of Rain, unlike our 3rd week there late September when it bucketed down and flooded many a Bar one night!

we go the same weeks last in june to july normally 40 + .

We stayed in the alvaro last year and will be visiting friends staying there this year, We had a fab time lovely pool area and a great set of staff, pool area is huge and slide is great
food is also very nice and good value drinks etc, close to lots of great bars and restaurants and 10 minute stroll to the beach.

We went last year first two weeks in June and the weather was spot on.hot but comfortable.
You could feel a big increase in temperature though towards the end of the holiday and was roasting the last few days.
July this year.....can't wait.
