Hi

Wanting to know the general opinion on what are the best excursions to do whilst in Icmeler and what were the best value for money?

Our best selling excursion last year was Akyaka and I think everybody on it would agree that it was good value for money and very enjoyable.
We also have the very relaxing BBQ Bays boat trip that you would enjoy, or if you want some excitement then we do have the jepp safari.
If you want to see a bit more of Turkey though look at going to Pamukkale & Ephesus. The 2 days excursion includes a stay at a hotel, meals and entrance into the sites with english speaking guide.
All the details for these excursions ae on our website and if you have any further questions about any of them feel free to ask :D

We rather fancy doing the Akyaka trip as we'll have the in laws with us and think they'd like this but we'll also have 2 teenage boys with us (12 & 15),would they enjoy it?
And before anyone mentions it,yes we have already done a jeep safari lol

Yes i think the teenagers will enjoy the Akyaka excursion as there is plenty to do and see especially on the river boat ride. :)

I certainly agree the Akyaka trip was good value for money and very enjoyable.
My 2 sons aged 16 & 11 also enjoyed it, the swim in the clear water of the river was very cold but then after lunch(included in the price) the swim in the sea was great. I,m sure you will enjoy it, Rachael & Mustafa make great hosts.

Although it is a number of years ago since I did this trip I would also think about the mud baths, it's quite along day but worth it, you sale for 2hrs+ to Turtle beach and have lunch on the boat, you then transfer to a river taxi that takes you through the delta where the film African Queen was recorded, past the tombs of Canos and onto the mudbaths where you cover yourself in mud and then let it dry before washing it off, apparently it's great for the skin, it's then back to the beach for a swim etc and then back to the boat returning to restort about 7pm.

(The beach and mud baths may be reversed depending on how busy the place is)

That does sound like a good trip, bit of everything there, boat trip, swimming, mud - brilliant, may have to give that a bash as well :) Would need to see the film before we go though lol

One thing you will not find anywhere else is the following trip which I think is the most exciting one ever announced.
