Sahin Palace - struggling with location!

I know I've seen it, I know I've been past it but can't place where Sahin Palace is. I have in mind it's somewhere on one of the roads behind Tansas? Can anyone put me right? Thanks

Sahin Palace is diagonally across the road from Deja Vue, up a side street..
