going out on Friday, weather update please

Hi going out on Friday can not wait, been looking at the weather and it doesn't look very good anyone give me any advise as I do not know what to pack!

Sorry to to put a damper on things but, the weather seems to have now changed to the Autumn/Rainy season after an exceptionally hot and long summer. You will need to take waterproofs and some warm clothing, especially for the evenings as it can get quite cold when the sun goes down. Don't forget that there can still be some warm/hot daylight hours so you will need to take appropriate clothing for that as well .

I am sure you will have a lovely time.

This morning the sun was out and we had blue skies, perfect weather for cropped trousers and a t-shirt. However now the rain has returned and similar is expected for tomorrow. I would definitely bring a light jumper or cardigan for the evenings as it does drop cooler but during the day it is still warm. If it does rain while you're out and about then use it as an excuse to take shelter in a bar and have an Efes

Sorry to have to add to that but have heard this morning from one of the locals that the heavy rain has come nd is not likely to go away.Lets face it thats what it always does for half term!!!

Hi Jane,
try not to worry about the weather, we have been quite a few times in the October half term, I am tied to school holidays, and we have always had lovely weather. Last year i was really worried, had benn checking the weather and two weeks before had been rubbish, We landed at Dalaman on the Friday and it was lovely, high twenties and not even that chilly at night. We had a fabulous time, just go and enjoy.

We have only been once in half term Sue, as I am tied to school holidays too and the weather was Fab. I am sure we will enjoy ourselves there is only to two of us. We have hired a jeep from the airport lets hope it has cover. we have been going to Icmeler until the last 2 years and we have been to Cuba, we have missed Icmeler and I am sure with all the changes we will see a difference. I will make sure I pack a cardy and will be checking the weather until we depart. I spoke to John from Icmeler on line at lunch and he said lots of places are shut for the winter, hope we still get to see a few of our friends.
oh well what will be will be we will make sure we enjoy it and will defo be booking for next summer.

Well this time tomorrow 7.30a.m I will be on my way to take the plane to Icmeler. I have checked the weather and it has changed again. I have been told be a beach guy it is (his words) so, so. Hey Ho, not to bothered I will be away to a beautiful country and I will certainly enjoy my self. So excited!
