Medsun apts - now Senem??

Can anyone assist - some friends of ours have booked for next August in the Medsun apartments - all I can find online is this the old name for the Senem apartments. Does anyone know if the Medsun is still around or is somewhere different. Best they can tell us is it's not too far back in the Old Village on the Market side of centre, which sounds to me like it is Senem, but as they've only just booked, I'm a bit confused!

Yes it is the senem, just back from there last week

I would be wary of booking with anyone that uses the name of a place that was changed 5 years ago
