HI Brighteyes,
The Kapmar is very central for Old town or New Part of Icmeler. (5-mins to beach)
IT is right on the centrum (Main Square).
It is clean, large balconies, constant hot running water, powerfull showers, good sized pool, plenty of sunbeds, bar, restaurant to the side, good continental breakfast is staying B & B.
We have stayed there several times and would highly recommend it.
Ask for room at the front for the best views and also a high floor for even better views (Only 4-storeys).
Murat on reception you will find is very helpful.
Bar staff are ok and friendly (Still learning the ropes when we were there in June).
I feel sure you will enjoy it.

Booked to stay there 1st July 2013 for 2 weeks. 1st visit at this hotel. Is it ok to take a kettle for the room. I liketo have a couple of coffees on the balcony in a morning. Also do they mind if you take crisps etc to your room. Sorry to ask but I know some hotels don't allow it.
