It's a great feeling when you have paid the final balance, I'm so jealous. I understand what you mean about it being more of a stuggle in the present climate, I still haven't booked for this year yet, Although there will be only my wife and I this year it was more important to get next year sorted as a full family holiday first, we have booked and paid for our flights for next year and reserved our apartments but flights are so expensive compared to the past so we will make a decision at the end of June for this year.

Have a great time, if we book we hope to becoming out on Wednesday 12th September for 7-10 nights.

hope you do get there this year things have certainly been the worst i have ever known but the way i look at it is both myself and my wife work very hard all year so if you cannot get away for what is still a relatively cheap place to holiday what is the point of it all doesnt bare thinking about missing icmeler till next year.

I just booked my July flights ready for 31st, one week of good times. Apartments booked and paid for in advance luckily so easier paying bit by bit. i am lucky enough to be going a few times this year, first one being June 15th so not long. Lira already changed too so that I don't spend the money in the meantime. I agree, flights are expensive this year, but as I am a single gal I don't have to worry about the cost of a whole family to be paid for which must be a struggle especially with spending money as well.
But I agree with kez&sue, we do all work hard all year and so we should treat ourselves with what makes us happy and that means a week of lying in the Icmeler sun, that is what we strive for. I work 2 jobs so that I can have my holidays during the year, but its what I live for. :D
