It only covers multiple people where it is a couple, plus their kids are included if they have them. Otherwise, all users of the card have to be a forum member or customer of ICR in some way.
Edit: Using my situation as an example. I am going with my partner. As a forum member, both of us are entitled to the benefits of the card. We both have a son each, both 14 who are going with us. As they're our kids, they will also be eligible for the discounts the card offers. If I was taking a brother and nephew with us, neither of them would be eligible to use the card.

Ok to make it simpler (I hope)
EVERY ADULT that wants to benefit from this offer must join the forum, book accommodation, transfers or excursions from us
If you are an adult and do not have a card from the office then you do not qualify
Please someone copy to all the other topics

So now all adults need their own card so if you're a couple you each need your own card.
