We booked a all inclusive boat trip for 16th September and paid for it in advance for 8 people we were not able to go on it. Michell called to pick us up as we had a disabled person with us, and i told her we had 3 people ill and could not go on the trip she told me to call in the office the next day which i did and John was there and because the boat was bigger they had filled it he said we could have a full refund which i did not expect so a big thank you, and will book one next year
