We stayed in the Siesta Homes Residence last October - they are lovely apartments, very clean and spacious and also well equipped. Beautiful views out across the bay too. They are, however, intended as a residential complex, so apart from the pool, there's no entertainment on site, which wasn't a problem for us. They are quite far back, up past the top end of the market, and it is quite a trek back up the hill to them, but most of the bars and restaurants will give you a lift if you ask nicely, and even come and pick you up if you are going to be eating there. We would definitely stay there again - but make sure your transfer knows exactly where you are going, as there is also a Siesta Hotel and Siesta Apartments in Icmeler too, which often leads to confusion.

Hope the weathers good at the end of September. I'll be there.

Best trip I've been on was white water rafting. Quad biking and jeep safari also very good.

Hi - I'm off to Siesta Homes for the 4th time in Sept.

Great appartments & well equipped. As Blondie says, mostly residential not tourist, so plenty of sunbeds available all day, with sun and shady spots by the pool. There's an "honesty" bar by the pool, which has a range of soft and alcoholic drinks.

Lovely to walk down the hill to the town, but in the evenings its not that well lit, so we've always got a lift or a taxi back, in June a taxi one way was about 6-8 lira. The dolmus (bus) stop to Marmaris is at the bottom of the hill.

I've found the weather ok at the end of September, still hot and sunny, although you might want to take a jacket for the evening as it can get a little cooler.

Pop into the ICR office when you're there as they offer a wide range of trips, both for days and evenings. Alternatively have a look on this site and book before you go.

Enjoy your stay!
