where is the webcam?

hi can anyone tell me where the webcam is because im goin to icmeler in 7 days and im goin to ring my mum off my mobile and stand where ever the webcam is so she can go online and see me

in the main square opposite Harry's Bar its above the chill bar were the ICR offices are,

locking this now as there is a web cam thread at the top of the page
