Hi - we did this
excursion last year which started with jeep safari - which took about 2 hours and then onto the boat. The boat stopped just of a beach which was absolutely beautiful and we got to swim in really clear waters. There were several other chances for swimming which is what I enjoyed the most and the food on boat was excellent. We stopped at Cleopatra Island which had a lovely beach but found the area where the sunbeds were a mess, which were back from the beach which could not be seen. There were chickens and poo around and it really was clarty (not sure if this was due to rain they had day before) - although I didn't mind the hens themselves - definitely not ideal conditions and you had to walk through this to get to beach so not really impressed. The water was lovely once in, but you are not allowed on the beach at Cleopatra Island. The other half enjoyed the walk around the island with the guide though. I thought this trip was lovely but would have liked to spend more time at the nice beach and less at Cleopatra Island....
