Dolmus(s) to Dalyan

We want to go to Dalyan for the day when we are over in August. We've been told that the Dolmus is by far the
cheapest way to do this, but I was wondering if anyone can tell us how to get there.... is it one dolmus or do we have to change...if so where?

Also any information on time it takes, cost, and the times of the dolmus.
