Been trying to book on ageanflights the last 2 hours or more, we got so far earlier then the site crashed. Just managed to book smoothly for 2012 £259 for 2 all in and that's for 3 weeks

i have got my prices for flights and on the next page the website is stuck and has been for over an hour GRRRRRR

cant even log on now, im running late for work but have arranged a lift, did try phoneing them i think the time i get on the prices will have jumped up

I have been trying for an hour and a half. I chose both ways flights and waited ten minutes for each one and the same thing each time was ERROR! This happened a few times. Then I couldn't get on the site at all and now I can get on site fine but are now not showing any 2012 flights at all. Very frustrating! I have not had this bother at all for the last two years, booking was a doddle. If anyone walks past a house and sees a laptop hurled through the wondow followed by very loud cursing it will be me!
Did leave my number to the recording when I phoned an hour ago but dont hold out much hope of then ringing before 3 weeks on Thursday!

Update Monday 16 May 3pm. Apologies for those looking for the 2012 flights. Due to intensive calls from an automated system we have had to suspend online sales of 2012 flights for the moment - we are now working on blocking it so that our human customers can get on and book some bargain seats.

red wine,assuming you booked online, how did you manage to book your 15k hold luggage at £7 each way as this was not included in the flight price & there was no box to tick ,their was a box to tick for an extra 5k but not for the 15k, it was only mentioned as errata before the final page giving names of passengers etc & then method of payment etc.
Hope you are not going to travel with hand luggage only.

hi daviemc , I have been phoning aegean since 10-30 this morning leaving 5/6 messages & no replies also tried online since 12-00 no success, will try again tomorrow.
Davie have we been in contact before ,were you a Holiday Restaurant ( Mehmet ) regular a few years ago ?
