October Weather

After having a great time in Icmeler in June, now back I'm very jealous of the people going on hols soon, so I was thinking of returning in October, can anyone tell me what the weather would be like and when does everything start closing down for end of season.

Jules October is the closing down season for Icmeler.
Early October things are going pretty much like normal, middle of October you will find some bars closing, and nights getting cooler.
By the end of October, most tourists have gone only the die hard still remain and a lot of bars are open But a lot of bars are now putting their shotters up, weather is still sunny and warm but evenings are now getting chilly and you will need jackets at night.
Quite a few bars are open through the winter months but the Icmeler as you remember in June no longer exsists, but in its place is a new Icmeler

hiya jules....i have been going for the past few year in october as well as earlier in the season.....i usually go around the 14 and leave around the 29th.....everything is still open and working as normal...although some of the smaller bars and restaurant may have closed, the popular and bigger ones will still be open...i.e dreamboys,venice, eastenders, 3(4)bells,lightouse and waterfall for your meals all of these will still be open....all the bars usually close down when the last flight leave from dalaman for the winter...last year i think it was around 30th october to the 5th november...i know dreamboys shut down on my last night and a few were shutting down the next night.....the nights are just like may with a cool breeze so youll need a cardi or something...the weather was still really good it was in high 20's last year and the year before was even better!!! im sure if you do go youll have a fab time

Hi. We always go end Sept/early Oct. This year we are going the first 2 weeks in October. We like it then, it is still near enough all open. They seem to start winding down after the 3rd week in October has started. The weather is about 25c but you may need a cardi on at night (not always). And......another good thing is....you can get a lot of bargains (especially on the market), as they wannt to sell their stock ready for new designs next year.

mind you, the prices are cheap anyway !!!
