Missing Icmeler

My daughter and her partner are in Side just now. Booked after losing flights to Icmeler with Goldtrail and then Kiss. It was a lot cheaper than flights to Dalaman after the companies going bust. Wish I hadnt bothered. They are not liking it as much as they would have liked Icmeler. She has been moaning on texts. She said it is warm and the people are nice but it is not Icmeler. You learn by your mistakes. But there is always next year......................................

First time we went to Turkey we went to Side, that was three years ago. Good job someone pointed us in the direction of Icmeler or we might not have gone back to Turkey so soon.

Just come back 3 weeks ago from our second visit to Icmeler

I liked the actual place, loads of historical stuff and ruins etc but thought it was VERY expensive and when I went it catered for the Germans more than the British.

We too had our first holiday there and thought it was good. Daughter said it is expensive and where hotel is, she said there is nowhere near. she is making the most of it.
