would i be able to take alchol in my luggage to go out there

would i be able to take alchol in my luggage to go out there? i have a favourite wine and was wondering if i could take it on hols with me? dont think they will sell it there. i want to take a box of it, you know the type with a tap?
if not what can i take out there? food ect?

Hi, we always take 2 bottles of malt whisky with us in the suitcase. We get the kind that are in a box then wrap it in our towels. Always gets there safely, so I'd say wrap it well and go for it

No problem taking a box of wine in your luggage, just make sure it is well padded/supported in the case as obviously other cases may be piled on top in the hold of the plane.

hi again, thanks guys, much appreciated. i was just thinking it wouldnt explode in the case couse of the pressure would it? they arnt in glass bottles, the box just has the wine in a foil bag in a box with a tap.
