Excursion Help for first timer

We are first time visitors to Icmeler although not to Turkey. When we visited Altinkum about 10 years ago now we done a 2 day excursion to Ephasus, Dalaman and Pamukalee with an over-night stay at a lovely hotel. We would like to do this again. Can anyone recommed a place to book excursions and whether the 2 day trip can be done from Icmeler. We would also like to do an all-inclusive boat trip and the jeep safari sounds fun!! Also would like to experience a turkish bath and a turkish night. Any recommendations please??? Thank you.
