Learning Turkish

01 May 2010 09:38

I'm trying to learn a bit of Turkish but I'm having a problem with the phrase "How are you?" One source is telling me it's "Nasilsiniz" and another is saying it's "Nasilsin" Can someone in the know tell me which one it is? :?

Nasilsiniz is "how are you" to someone you dont very well. "Nasilsin" is more informal, something you would ask your friend.

Nasilsin is a more formal way of saying how are you
Nasilsiniz is a more informal way.
My son is learning some turkish and this is what he has told me
Hope this helps
