Have been back for one week and do not think it is reasonable to expect me to wait for nearly a year to return. Can anybody let me have details as to what Icmeler is like in October or even November?

We've been in October before and the weather was still nice and most places still open, you might struggle a bit in November.

Of course it's unreasonable to have to wait until next year! In fact we were there at the beginning of May and have just returned from our second visit at the beginning of June! Anyway back to topic, we've been in October for the last three years. As Neets said, the weather is usually good, although we've had the odd shower of rain. Last year we walked to Marmaris in the rain and it wasn't unpleasant or cold. And when we arrived we had the perfect excuse (if one is needed) to take shelter in a bar. Plenty of places were still open at the beginning of October. I have also visited at the end of October and found it a little depressing when everywhere was closing down and packing away for the winter.
Hope you manage to get another break in Icmeler - once you've been, you just can't keep away!

having been going in october aswell as august for the past 5 years....i absolutly love it in october...there is still verywhere open...some places maybe quiter than others....all the jewellary is cheap market is even cheaper than high season.....you can walk around without having to mind out the way of people all the waiters in the bars can sit and chat to you which is nice aswell....the wether is still hot...id say the same as may or june....last year in october it reachead 32 which is gooD!! still love going in high season as its such a good atmosphere but love going in october 2!!!
im going again this year in october...maybe ill see you out there
