Hi nottswood,
I see on another topic you are off to Icmeler in 19 days time....enjoy....are you staying at the Eda for this holiday or making plans for your next visit.
The Eda (previously the Bele Vue) came under new ownership a couple of years ago and at that time was refurbished.
We have never stayed here ourselves but do visit a friend, Christine who used to have the Geordie Bar, and while there speak to people who are and they all seem to be happy with the place and keep returning.

used to stay at the old esenkoy, and my family have stayed here a couple of times. The family that run this hotel are very hospitable and wil do their upmost to make your holiday enjoyable. The hotel is small and intimate and kept spotlessly clean enjoy.

Agree with stringerbell - our first visit to Icmeler was to the Esenkoy, and the welcome we received from the family was second to none. We have also stayed with them when they moved to the Eda, and I would also recommend it. It is in a great location - very central but not at all noisy. The family are so warm and friendly and they will do everything they can to make your holiday special, and the hotel itself is spotless.

stayed at the Eda last August
was nice and the staff were reall friendly and couldnt do enough for you
but its basic and the rooms are quite small
good for the price you pay though cause its very clean

thanks for the positive replies folks.........small and basic is fine by us.........only sleep in the room anyway lol..cant see the point of wasting money on a posh bed......would much rather spend it on the exellent food and efe's :D

yeah we only slept in the room as well but its nice to have some room to get ready to go out at night thats all
the room we stayed in was at the end of the building on the top floor i think thats why it was one of the smallest ones
cause my friend was staying there at the same time and their room wasnt as small as ours

We certainly didn't find our rooms all that small when we stayed at the Eda - I would say they were of a fairly average size, to be honest.

i think it was just cause we were on the top floor at the end of the building blondie
cause i did go into another room where my friend was and it wasnt nearly as small
it wasnt unbearable just would of been nice to have been a bit bigger
