Hi

I bought some last year, I bought them off the market. There was a guy there who has a long list of games, you tell him what you want and he tells you to go for a walk around the market and come back in 20 mins. While you have a walk around the market he uses his laptop to put the games onto one cartridge. I think I paid about 25 quid to have 6 games put on, he has all the latest releases aswell. They worked fine, and still work now.

I bought my daughter 300 DS light games on a memory card for £20.00 from the shop opposite The Three Bells it's in the middle, you got the memory stick with it so you could plug them into your computer.

Hi Everyone, We just returned from Icmeler on Friday 28th and whilst there we purchased an R4 card from the guy at the bottom of the canal for the DSI - I think it cost around 70 lira and there is 250 games on it. My son got his PSP chipped last year and got 6 games on the memory stick for around £40 and this year he got around 8 games for £30. I did have a few problems with a few of the games on the Nintendo DSI but just brought it back to the guy the next day and he sorted it out for me. I think I also noticed a few games for the Gameboy along the canal. :P

Ummm, it is actually illegal. Customs would be perfectly within their right to confiscate these R4 cards, and in theory, there could be heavy penalties for downloading DS games for an R4 card or similar (There are newer and better cards out there now  ). However, how would they know? Card is so small, and hey - loads of people I see with DS's have R4 or similar cards in (Once you've seen one, you recognise them in other consoles)

Having said that, if the games weren't so expensive, no-one would copy them would they. However, it is maybe something which shouldn't really be discussed.............perhaps.

re: dsi lite you have to use a card called the R4i to make them work.I use a cyclods card I find it does`nt freeze when I`m playing games as an R4 can. The last one I set up for a friend cost £43 with a 4gb sdhc card which can hold about 60-70 games
