Kirky weather is lovely in april maybe low twenties but tends to be a bit cool in the evening so need a jacket or cardy, lovely time to visit when everything is just freshly opened for the beginning of a new season.

I agree with shaz, weather is good in April. We went last year and I got burnt on my head and neck, so beware. Its cooler at night. Its great as the resorts are quite and the prices low. (Might not be this year if the pound remains in freefall!).

We were thinking of going for Easter this year flying around the 5th April. Is this too early? Is anything open? What's the weather like? Thanks.

Hi Shastie
We went last April and are looking to go this April too, we went last year on the 18th and things were opening the week we were there so maybe the 5th is slightly early, the weather was lovely and only slightly chilly on an evening. Bear in mind April Icmeler is very different to July/August Icmeler and not everything will be open. When we were there the majestic was just opening on the Canal, but the Venice wasnt open so dont do what we done and decide where you are going before you get there! You may be disappointed!!
