HOTEL NAVY

Postby welsh wich » 21 Jun 2008 10:04

I am new to the forum, but have been reading it for a while. We went to Icmeler a couple of years ago, stayed at the Echanhan. We are thinking of booking the Hotel Navy this time.
Has anyone got information on this hotel, such as "do I need a hair dryer"?

We stayed at this hotel in May this year, had a fabulous time, so much so that we are planning to go back in September.

The staff are all really really helpful, breakfast was a buffet, cheese, cereals, toast, bread, jams, meats, eggs, coffee, tea, juice etc.

The rooms were great, twin beds (which were lovely to sleep on, having had some awful ones on holiday these were great), fridge (tho we didnt keep anything in there they stocked it up and charged you). shower room a bit on the small size when you compare it to ours, but it did the job, there was a hairdryer there. There was a lift in the main block, which is where we were, tho I believe you had to walk in the other block. We ate in the restaurant there, had two fantastic meals (lobster and and an english roast!) Smallish pool but adequate. Really close to the beach, about a 3 minute walk I think. The staff couldnt be more helpful, always a smile on their faces. There was an internet connection, t.v. in the lobby, bar in the grounds, all of which we used at some stage during our holiday. All in all it was great, which is why we intend to go back there.
