I know this has been asked before but the last posts I can find where 2 years ago so just looking to see if anything has changed taking into account the new 15kgs baggage allowance,to cut down on weight we are looking to buy cosmetics shampoo shower gel sun tan lotion and after sun in the resort but we would be looking to buy mostly UK branded cosmetics,is this plausible or are the prices too costly and can you buy UK branded goods any comments would be appreciated.

Get them from Tansas George or Mustafa's shop as he always has a better selection and I never noticed any difference in the price.

Big difference in price if you want to buy a jar of Colemans mustard from Tansas though at about £4.50p there

Yeah if your lucky enough to have a Boots in your local airport, then you will normally find the prices in there are the same if not only slightly more expensive than in your local high street. So I would agree with Collete prob best to get them after clearing customs and taking them as hand luggage.

Wouldn't they take them off you, I thought you couldn't take liquids etc on as hand luggage?

You are allowed liquids under 100ml if you have them in a clear plastic bag through security.

some airports have a Boots after you get through security where you can buy your toiletries and take them onboard plane.

Hope this makes sense.
