Hi there

We went at the beginning of May a couple of years ago and to be honest have to say it was very quiet and cold!! Mind you the weather may not be as bad as it was then but I would say that it will be quiet.

You'll still have a fab time though and I would go any time of the year!!

It will be quieter in April and everwhere might not be open but places will be starting to open. I've been going early May for 6 years and its never been cold! I was there at the end of January/early Feb this year and only a couple of restaurants were open but it was still a great place to be! Expect it to be quieter but still enjoyable! Where are you staying in April?

We're staying AI at the Oylum Hotel. so it doesn't matter all that much if everything isn't open. Just want a quiet relaxing week. Maybe go on a trip or two.
