Mustafa Asik has a website (https://dentistinicmeler.com) which has his contact details on it, if that's any help to you.
There's also DT Deniz Pehlivan, Org. Mustafa Muglali Cad, Efe Aprt. No 8 K:1 (first floor). I know a couple of people who have gone to him and who say he is very good too.
