Such a shame that the Mayor could not think about a safe way to use this little train. I'm sure it would bring in some revenue for Icmeler. This little tour gave people coming to Icmeler an insight of the whole village, as many people who stay in the front of Icmeler never venture up into the old village, this is such a shame, because there are some lovely sights to be seen up there, and it gives you an idea of how Icmeler used to be. We have certainly seen changes in 20 years.

Now thats a blast from the past. The train was quite handy cause used to call at all the hotels and apartments at the back of Icmeler and drop you off right in the centre or at the beach. Saved the old legs!!. It would run all day and was only coppers to hitch a ride. Shame it has stopped running.
