Can anyone tell me, do i need an E111 or its new equivalent when i go to turkey or is it only if you go to europe?

Hi Skilly,

The E111 form isn't valid for Turkey as they are not in the EU so i think it would be a waste of time getting one.

It's worth a mention for anyone staying in Turkey for the whole season, that you can get one of these and if you do require any medical assistance you can easily go to Rhodes as they are valid there. I have done this and touch wood not needed to use and they are valid for around 5years.
