Marina?

We were last in Icmeler in 2008. Can anyone tell us if there has been any progress with the "Marina" area? It was pretty bland when we were there last and was just wondering if they have actually done anything with it. Seems such a shame to have built it and not use it.....such a nice spot too.

Greedy landlords most probably, if Icmeler ever decided to have a mini bar street maybe this could be the location, well out of the way of hotels etc.

I totally agree with Dave and have said the same on a couple of occasions the Marina area is far enough away from Hotels and Residential property to be a Bar Street operating into the early hours.

Seems such a shame to have those units all standing empty - it would surely be better for whoever owns them to rent them out at a lower rent and at least let someone have the use of them. It could be a really nice part of the resort if it was done properly...
