Nazer Cafe

Postby helen2904 » 31 May 2010 20:40

This is a Turkish Cafe that we found last year. I wonder how many of you found it too. It is a fantastic place to chill out in the afternoon and have a few Efes whilst listening to turkish music. It can be found on the main road, just before you get to the old Laguna Hotel on the right hand side. It is so quiet in there. You would not think it would be so quiet as it is located so near to the main road, but you can hardly hear the sound of traffic once you are in there. It has the feeling of being in a park, with little tables scattered all around. It has an island in the middle with a stream running around it. They have extra large cushions for you to sit on if you don't feel like sitting by the tables. It is sheer bliss when the temperatures hit a high in the afternoons. We will certainly be visiting again when we return for three weeks on the 30th July.

We visited this place for the first time two years ago, lovely and relaxing and the staff were so caring. Even brought Phill a blanket as he was cold one evening. Perfect place to sit and chill.

Hi Fanny,

I got you going to Cafe Rose, now I want you to try Nazar Cafe!

Might see you in Icmeler. Looks as if you're coming home same date as us.

Hi Lynnjenny
From the Icr office. Go straight past the Loveboat and Florida until you reach the main road to Marmaris, turn right and its along there on your right.
