Thats because it says underneath that it is offline

web cam must be still of black with white centre ,says under transmiting live from icmeler? you know me John not called BILL GATES ON COMPUTER FOR NOTHING

I am having the same problem with loading the webcam, there must be a simple explanation but it is beyond me.
