Hi

The new webcam probably needs java installed on your pc or laptop. Google JAVA and install it , hopefully that will fix the issue

Google Chrome is a web browser, like Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Safari all have their own uses.....
What one won't open, one of the others will......

I use Mozilla Firefox on my pc and laptop and have no problems with it. It is a lot safer than Internet Explorer

Got the Chrome, Bingo, got the webcam pictures, anyone who is struggling to get the webcam I can recommend Google Chrome, if like me you`ve not got a clue about the technical side don`t worry, listen to the advice that I received on here and go for it,one bit of advice when downloading Google Chrome ( which is just another internet browser like internet Explorer) is to unclick the, do you want Chrome to be your default browser, then you can run both side by side on your computer, thanks again to everybody for the help I had with this problem ,no more black screens just Icmeler Online LIVE 24/7

Hi Tommyw,
Happy to help...........I sometimes find that certain browsers are better than others and can be run side by side....
