There are some instructions here and probably others in the Technical Corner forum as well.

If that doesn't help, just let me know and I'll try to help.

The basic idea, though, is to upload them somewhere online (I use Flickr or Picasa Web Albums, but Photobucket and ImageShack are also popular, and there's always Facebook), then include the address of the image in a post like so:

Code: Select all

Hope this helps...

- Paul.

Sorry to be a pain, but photos are stored on my husbands PC and I manage to upload photo to Image shack but then its telling me to upgrade to latest Flash Player.
When I click on this its stating prices for upgrading.
He is even more hopeless than me where technology is concerned but I have a fab photo taken from the view point on the main road one misty October morning!

hi Jaytrip

You can download latest adobe flash player from here free

http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/

On the right hand side click on download flashplayer , on the next screen untick the macafee box , download and double click to install.

If that fails to fix it let us know and we will help

Thanks, but when I try to download FP there is a message saying I may have to disable the security!
I dare not do this as he has just got rid of a virus!
It would be easier if I could email my photo to ICR as that is something even I can manage to do.

The key word there is may - it should install fine without disabling anything, so I'd give that a try first. If that doesn't work the maybe try one of the other sites, as I'm sure not all of them will need Flash just to upload a photo.

Good luck :)
