I'll join you. Like you Mary I also work nights and can't go to slimming classes every week due to always having different shifts.
So is the offical day to weigh yourself every Wednesday.

Just give your own weigh in day Lynda, I am only weighing every 8 days, or else I would be weighing at different times of the day, which wouldnt give accurate readings, so I will weigh on my last day off every week, which works out to 8 days.

Good luck Lynda and welcome to our soon to be less of us group.

Thanks Mary have tried before but tend to be good when I am off but struggle at work probably due to the weird eating hours I keep and the big boxes of chocolate and biscuits we get as pressies especially at this time of year don't help.
But this year is going to be different. I hope.

Much as I so love Turkey, if someone offered me a week in Spain, I would go tomorrow.

I will be off to the shops at the weekend and will get Rosie a present.

Don't wait until xmas to give it to her though and don't smell it or taste it yourself before you give it to her
