Anyone with any sort of concern or compalint with their holidays, transfers, flights, acommodation, excursions booked with ICR Travel, please forward your letters and file them at [email protected] and/or at [email protected]

Without having received a pervious copy of your letter of complaint, your post on your concerns or complaints will not be published on our sites. Once you have filed your complaint to us, you are more than welcome to post it with our reply attached to it on any of our sites if you wish to.

This will help us help you better without turning our friendly forum place into a battle field of who is right or wrong and will allow all old and new customers to understand the hard work ICR puts forward in making things right for their customers.
