Well done Lynda, we have had a good week so far. Keep up the good work everyone, just think in those tempting moments.....ICMELER, ICMELER, ICMELER.

I too have made some soup today, Lentil Soup, just had some for lunch, it was delicious.

can you please add me to your slimming graph :lol: maybe if i see it in black and white and know that everyone is willing us to do well i will stick to it this time.started scottish slimmers and have lost 2 lbs so far. back again tomorrow for weigh in fingers crossed :wink: will update with result :?

Last nights weigh in - I'd lost 1.5lbs.....not bad since I'd been out for a meal on Sunday and it was a set meal, so no choice. (Wonderful cheesecake!!!!!) :wink:

Now if that was me, and I had stayed the same, I would drink the wine, it is Saturday night after all, but I would up my exercise for a few days to try and burn it off :shock:

I had a few vodka's last night as I am working nights tonight and tomorrow. Have a glass for me :lol:
