Sounds like a good idea Trish, just post how much you lose each week with a running total of £'s for the orphanage.

I always find I have a better loss with the RED days, as I dont do enough exercise in my job to work off all the CARBS on green days.

Yes, for every one pound in weight lost, I will give £1 to the orphanage. But its an individual thing really.

Are you doing SW feefee?

I don't go to class either, that's why I thought I'd pledge a pound per pound I lose for the orphanage. As Reesy said it's whatever you want to give, and whenever you want to update on your progress. I think it's great to have each others support :D

Ill post each wednesday, as it's my day off.

I dont go to class either, I do it myself, but my Daughter gives the the password for SW each week as she attends class. I have been excellent for the last few days but now i must remember how many vodka's I have had today. Darned Syns........

This is what happens on my 4 days off.....but food wise, even today, I have been good.

All the best to every one of us. Just post anytime to support each other.

Can I please join the club? I joined weightwatchers the week before last and had a two and a half pound weight loss last Tuesday.

I think the points plan is my best bet as I have to eat little and often (diabetic).

Its been hussing down with rain here today, so I'm afraid the exercise suffered a bit. Oh well there's always tomorrow.

Good luck to everyone else trying hard to lose weight.

Welcome Jivebunnie, the more the merrier, quite literally I think :D Seems to be a common enemy for all of us, wine and or vodka! haha!
Weekend treats are over now, back to it today. I'm going to watch new bond film today to avoid sunday pub visit. Lucky for me I'm not a big popcorn fan

Well, the weather here in the south east was glorious today, so I made the most of it, stuck my ipod on, grabbed the dog and off we went in the sunshine. Its great exercise to walk to the beat of music, especially all my Icmeler favourites :D

Hard weekend for me Hubby's birthday and was working, night off tonight so allowed myself 2 glasses of wine and Niamh's off which means no baby sitter for the execise ( usually go walking but poor Niamh couldn't do the distance). Will know the results on Wednesday when I stand on the scales.Good luck everyone.

Good luck Mary, you sound as if you've done well, a few flexible smirnoffs will be ok, especially with your walking. I had a few flexible vodkas on Saturday at a charity do, but did dance a lot too, but that's the only exercise I did all week,

When I went to class last time I followed slimming world, I used to get weighed in the mornings, and not eat breakfast untill I'd been weighed, I used to buy a hi fi bar and open it and demolish within seconds of being weighed

Thats the beauty of weighing at home Trish, I can just get out of bed and weigh first thing, at least its the same time every week and nothing to eat. When I weighed last week it was straight out of bed, so its the same every week.

I know what you mean though, I used to go after work about 6pm, nothing to eat or drink from 1 o clock, I was ravenous by the time I left the slimming club.
