If you let the apartments/restaurant where you are going to eat know about it, they will arrange it all for you.

It was my Husbands Birthday while we were away and we stayed at the apartmetns with friends that evening for dinner and drinks, and a cake was supplied free of charge.

Does anyone know where you can buy one though, my husband's birthday is on 21 July but he would die of embarassment if the restaurant brought out a cake and starting singing 'Happy Birthday' to him

as Bill said, you could go to the lighthouse apartments/restaurant and Tine (Christine) who owns it will bake you one. She does all the home baking for the apartments/restaurant and her cakes are to die for. She will selly you a cake if you do not want the 'Happy birthday restaurant experience'
