Sorry but the other half does not like her photo taking and would not let me post one of her.
So its just me back in 2010 in what we recall as being the Elif. (Now Casa Blanca)
The Elif was our first hotel on our first visit back in 2005 and it was fantastic.
And we have been hooked since and get back when ever possible.

My Photo was taken in what we recall as the Elif (Now Casa Blanca)
The Elif was our first hotel on our first visit back in 2005 and it was fantastic.
And we have been hooked since and get back when ever possible.
Karen's photo was taken more recently in the Miray in 2010.

I've just bought a DSLR (Canon 600D) with 2 lenses and a speedlight flash. I'll be taking it on holiday this year so expect plenty of photo's when I return. I also have some Graduated Neutral density filters and a polorising filter so the sky should look nice and blue and not too many reflections of any water shots (sea and pool).

The camera is fantastic, I love it, especially the long exposure shots to show any moving water to look smooth and misty.

Excellent so that is 3 members now along with myself that are using dslr's (I will definitely start carrying mine this year instead of my phone) so I expect some quality shots and framing

My pet hate is photoshopping (don't mind clearing up noise and maybe colour a bit) definitely no distortion though

You have now made a rod for your own back

Try sitting on a chair in the street next to the canal where Zaza's was at the end of the Alinda hotel and sit patiently with a beer and wait for the kingfisher to zip up and down along the canal.

He sometimes perches on a little root sticking out of the bank near to the bridge to do his fishing

Now there is an action shot if you can catch him diving

For a relaxing photo shoot you can always take photos of a Wedding....From the Cafe Del Mar, whilst drinking an Efes. I still have my momento.
