ICR Travel Forum Terms and Conditions of use.

At ICR we monitor all postings made so we can provide accurate information and also to make sure the postings are of a safe nature for our families and friends on the forum. We ask the following simple rules be followed to ensure a smooth and happy forum at all times.

No swearing at any time.

Please remember we are a respectable family website and business.

Show respect and courtesy to other members at all times.

Imagine how you yourself would feel if a member was disrespectful to you or your family. Please do not become involved in conflict with another member or heated discussions. Should anything like this happen inform a Moderator or Admin immediately.

No text style language.

We ask for this as some people find it difficult to read and also we have members who have have partial sighting and use a forum reader machine which does not understand text language.

No posting anything of a pornographic nature, be it words or pictures.

We are a family run forum, with children often looking in on the forum both in the UK and in Turkey, so please bear that in mind when posting.

No Spamming.

Spamming consists of posting the same details over and over again for the intent of sale or misuse of forums, this will not be tolerated and the posts deleted and the user banned. Spamming is also not allowed via PM and the same applies the user will be banned.

Keeping on Topic.

Posts that drift off topic soon become of random nature and the original question is often forgotten and not answered, this results in unhappy members and a loss of interest in the forum.

Bumping of Topics

Please do not bump up topics, only Admin or Mods should do this as they have reason to do so.

No Advertising.

As we are primarily a business, we allow advertising at a small fee per year, for more information contact info@icmeleronline.com . We do not allow free advertising on the forum by people who join with that sole intention.

Do not include your email address on a forum page.

This is for your own safety.

Posting of pictures

Once pictures are posted on ICR Forums, these then become copyright of ICR Forums and you are allowing them to be used by both ICR and other members if wanted.

Why Rules:

We have tried not to make the rules too strict, but to show you they are there for your up most convenience on the forum and to make the forum a hassle free, friendly area for our extended ICR Family and friends.

Evaluations:

As we are first and foremost a business, we have to first think how every post impacts on that and then how the post would impact on each member, whether it would upset anyone, annoy anyone, comply with all legal regulations on a forum etc.

Locked Threads:

It is often necessary that we lock a thread, we will all endeavor to highlight a reason for doing so in the final post that was made before locking.

Merging Threads:

With merging duplicate threads this is done to keep the forum free from clutter, and so we can keep all replies and answers together for your ease in finding answers to your questions.
We assure you 100% that the "behind the scenes" work is done so purely for you, our customers to make using our forum as easily and as pleasant as possible.

Banning:

Threats, attacks or anything that disturbs other members personally or our community will not be tolerated on ICR forums.

Reasoning / Disagreements:

If you have a deleted or locked thread, you have options available to discuss the reasons and request reconsideration.

To do so:

1 - See the reasoning added for the locked thread and by whom it was locked.
2 - Contact the moderator/admin who locked your thread and discuss matters to come up with a solution.
