I have spoke to sugar a few times since Xmas and have already booked a table for our first night.
So I think it's fair to he will be open.
We went there several times last August and never had a bad meal. Huge portions, great value and as previously stated lots of good deals.
And you always get a great welcome from sugar and all of the staff.
Before we left to fly home we popped in to have a final drink and say goodbye, after paying the bill the staff & sugar stood either side of the steps and clapped and said goodbye as we left.
Something we won't forget for a long time to come.
Can't wait to return.

Last week I saw he was also making the place next door part of the bar.

I think with the tax hikes he may put the prices up slightly this year

Hi,Gene.
The picture looks more like Sugar has vacated his old place & taken over what was the Hobgoblin which went round the corner.
The two sections to the right which look empty, look like his old place? :?

His old place never went round the corner, the hobgoblin did & that closed 2 years ago.
I admit we didnt go to Icmeler last Sept due to Aegean flights going bust but we were their last June & twice a year for the last 10 years & Sugars was between Hobgoblin & Turkish Deli & then a Doctors. Iam very confused that you say the photo shows his old place :?

Is it the strange photo that shows a corner but really its a straight road with sugars scooter outside.
The empty units to the left do look like one side of the old Hobgoblin.
Gene why does the photo look like that there is a definite corner outside the Buffalo.

Hob Goblin was on the corner and Buffalo was next door higher up.
The photo shows the Buffalo bar,(the darkened bar with one shutter down)comeing round the corner thus extending Sugars Bar and Dancing area.
It wont be long before Sugar has his new prices for next season,he will need to sell some fish and chips and chicken and chips to fill the place now

Some people may even say its a trick photograph put on by the same person who reported the Segways on Icmelers promenade

HI Gene

Here is one of the elusive "Segway's" on the prom.
Taken in June last year.
I hope the image comes up as it is my first attempt.

Just think of all those that have booked the Dilhan.
They will be bitterly disappointed because OZ made the place.
The buzz round the bar and pool area was all due to OZ being such a good and trusting host.
He used to disappear to Marmaris for something and you helped yourself and paid on his return.
Such trust and honesty was called for doing this and i dont think anyone fiddled him, coz he's a good guy.

Nice one Martin.
Oz is a magnifcent addition to the Buffalo team, along with Pam and Nestle and mine host Sugar also with the Chef and other Bar staff, this will make the Buffalo an even better place to eat drink and enjoy the music and singers.
