Bar 1

Postby sandybeach » 18 Jun 2012 19:46

Just visited Bar 1 for the first time and this is a really nice bar. Drinks are reasonable prices raki & sprite is only 7TL and very large. We had a really good meal here, I had the fillet steak with chips rice and vegetables and my friend had the chicken surprise both were very good meals and only cost 21 TL. This bar is well worth a visit, Thanks to Eddie , JJ & Roma for an entertaining evening.
See you again soon

We had steak meals at the Bar 1twice on our holiday. Not had better steaks anywhere they were delicious and had been trimmed so that there was not a scrap of fat or gristle on them. My only concern is that the restaurant is not on a busy road and doesn't get too many people passing and the prices are so low that they might not make enough profit to stay in business forever. I think we paid 22 TL which is a lot less than the meals were worth.

On the same side of the street as the Faber, with a road in between them (hope that makes sense).

Passed here last year but never went in. Going to eat more in the restaurants in the village this year and will certainly be adding bar 1 to the list. Do they do set meals also?

Excellent resturant. Warm welcome, food excellent and very good value. Hubby had the sea bass with all the usual trimings and it only cost 15lira. It was lovely and very moist I had chicken with a pepper sauce and it was to die for. definetly one of the best meals we had in Icmeler. Will be top of our list when we go back in September.
Call in you won't be dissapointed.
