Now that the bank by the Kapmar has ceased to exist,how many people change money onto a card to use when you are over there?Are there any more banks in Icemeler,instead of the upright cash machines that we see?can you use these cards in exchange shops?

Loads of banks. I use the one oppersit side to Alins Grill towards were the Kapmar is.

I believe that one has now gone too, Rew - I'm led to believe there aren't any actual bank branches in Icmeler now, and far fewer cash machines. Personally, I preferred to use the one which were attached to the bank branches, but I'm sure we'll all manage somehow.

No actual bank branches in Icmeler now, only cash machines. Nearest bank is probably Garanti bank near to Blue Port shopping centre in Marmaris

That's sooo annoying as I hate using cash machines not linked directly to the bank! and don't like were the ones in icmeler are located feel a little vunerable - but that's just me. Will have to go to the bank when in Marmaris.

I presume you can still change money at local shops?

Yes you can, no problem doing that at all
