The leg of lamb at Sidiks was superb. Quite a few tables full.
Saturday started overcast so off to Deniz Kapisi,umbrellas in hand just in case,for the village breakfast.
The locals were there in their droves.Service was quick and friendly.A walk round the town for look round
Saturday night was a snack in Three Bells and watching a dour Super League Grand Final.Couple of beers then
home to bed.
Sunday was overcast again so not much to talk about.Brightened up in the afternoon,and finished off
with a Sunday roast in Sony's restaurant. The place was full.Choice of chicken,lamb or beef. Home made Yorkshire
Puds ,cauliflower cheese,carrots,beans,roasties,and apple pie dessert.Excellent meal and the place was full.
Monday was again spent at the beach at B & S. Less people on the beach but the temperature was certainly up.
Monday evening and 7 guests for supper.Spag Bol,garlic bread,homemade Bakewell tart and cream.
Lots of Efes and Dikmen red wine.Another superb night with friends.
Tuesday lovely sunny day.Sorted mum out for her return then went to the Moonlight apts for breakfast
and a sunbathe.1400hrs Three Bells
transfer bus arrived and off towards Dalaman.Inch 1963 and Mrs inch were
deposited at Dalyan,to see friends.Mum onwards to the airport.
This is our first trip to Dalyan,and if like us you have never been,take time from your schedule
to visit this beautiful,peaceful,scenic part of Turkey.You will not be disappointed.Tuesday afternoon
was a walk round.through town,down to the river.Lots of quaint streets,lovely restaurants and happy,smiling
staff,eager to be of service.Most of all,no hassle.Lovely meal at Lime
restaurant,recommended by our hosts.Walk around town for another
two or three very relaxed bars.Off home to bed around 0130.
A stunning place.
