Hi all anyone currently in resort ? If so is it any busier as when we were there in May it was very quiet , we are going for our 2nd trip in September and we are really hoping that things have picked up for the locals.

Was it any busier when you went back in September. I'm going in May and wondering how it will be then.

Hi sami, it was busier in September there seemed to be a big influx of Russians in marmaris , still quieter than previous years but the locals seem very confident that this year will be a lot better, I have heard that all the tour operators are up on bookings to Turkey this year, we are going on the 31st of may a little later than usual so hoping it will be a little busier more so for all the local businesses

Thats good. Not so sure about the Russians. I find them very rude. Hopefully not many around Icmeler this year. I'm going later in May than I have done before but hoping its picked up.

Any update on the busy-ness of resort?

Looking on the webcam outside Simonds Diamonds there are a lot of people walking about on the night time.

People who're there just now are saying it's quite busy...busier than this time last year.
