I'm trying to get prices up for August,2018.It keeps telling me that there are no matching hotels.The travel agents all have next year on sale now,so how come I can't get any prices in the hotel search on here then?There are 9 of us going,but can only book upto 3 rooms??????

It could just be a glitch on the system - I would try giving them a ring instead on the number above and I'm sure they will be able to sort something out for you.

I noticed that, bode. I mentioned it to JT, but he just thought it would be because next year's contracts aren't signed yet. Should still be able to book by calling, I reckon.

I've been looking for May next year and September and it gave me prices so it may work now for you. Hope you get it sorted.

Weve just booked for June/ July. Flights with monarch and not a bad price either. Anyway, thats next year, weve September to enjot yet!

Just booked with Monarch for June/July 2018 flying from Luton for three weeks under £200 including 23g luggage and choosing seats on their essential pack x

That's a good deal - it's a shame they don't fly from Scotland though.

My main grief currently is flight prices and lack of departure airports.

I can get return flights for 2 and apartment prices for going to Malaga, at less than most typical flight prices for one person to Turkey at the dates we have available, so with the downturn of tourism and entertainment in Icmeler, we may have gone there for the last time until there is a major change in the area, which is a real shame as we love the people, our normal hotels and the views.

We have been to Turkey 31 times in 19 years so I hope I can give a reasonable viewpoint.

The other saving or us is that Malaga airport has a direct train line within the airport complex straight into Fuengirola, (45 minutes and 13 stops - superbly clean as well and spot on time every 20 minutes) stopping large transfer prices - 2 euros 40 per person each way, dropping us off within walking distance of the marina apartments.

Making large savings like this really makes this resort a winner at present, and gives us more spends, even with the lousy Euro rate.

Maybe next year if things change, but it will have to be a real change for the good ! That's for tourists AND for the people in the resort - it works both ways !

acko we did that two years ago. Cheap flights and a week in Malgrat de Mar. Really did not enjoy it although it was a cheapie.
I've learn my lesson and im sticking to Icmeler now.

Unfortunately not just my sole choice, as Icmeler still suits my reading, eating, drinking and sun bathing lazy days happiness - however, the holiday has to fit both of our needs, and I can't take the other half saying that she is unhappy with the same old, same old routines each night and trying to find excuses to be home after 7 days of a 2 week holiday, so I have compromised to make my life easier and less earache.

How did you get on with changing your Monarch flights that you booked last year?

It took 3 months, but i got the money credited back to my credit card.
