Not been in February but I have been three times in March and it was different each time. The first year it was warm shirtsleeve weather during the day but nippy at night. The second time it was blizzard conditions with an icy wind. The third time it was cool with rain that varied from torrential to drizzle. So you could say its variable and all down to lady luck. But I can assure you that what ever the weather you will have a fabulous time. It's a fabulous city, the sights are endless, you can't see it all in two weeks. As I said I have been three times, for two weeks at a time, and I still haven't seen it all.

I know that John and Rami are experts on Istanbul and can advise/arrange just about anything.

Just do it and enjoy
David

Istanbul in winter is a bit like here - it could be mild and dry, pouring down for days on end, or snowing. We've had everything when we've been there, but it doesn't really matter. It's a wonderful place. So much to see and do. Go and enjoy it!
