Just done our e-visas for Aug 4th, a very straight forward process, got email confirmation within seconds of clicking and visas followed instantly when I paid. Pleasantly surprised, even got an email thanking me for my positive feedback. :D

we done visa online. I printed them but on arrival passport control only asked for passports so turned out not needed, despite all the scare stories

All the information they need should come up when they scan your passport, but they do advise you to print off a copy of the evisa and carry it with you, and I have heard of a few people who have been asked to produce the paper copy, so best to be prepared just in case.

We had to show our visa's. Not a problem though as we expected it anyway.

After all the problems I had with doing our evisas (due to a bt internet account apparantly!), I finally got them sorted and printed off. Now our mastercard bill has come through and there is a charge on it for a "non sterling transaction"!!! :x Why oh why can't the visas be paid for in sterling - would make life a lot easier (and me easier to live with!!!)

Get a Halifax Clarity credit card and you aren't charged for non sterling transactions,we used one this year and even found some restaurants would let you pay your bill using it at no extra cost. When the bill came we also found we got between 3.57 and 3.59 lira to the pound.
We also used it when buying our visa's and were not charged any extra
